DESCRIPTION:A founder may live and breathe the story behind the brand\, but when that clarity does not travel to the sales floor\, customers end up confused and performance suffers. The real leadership challenge\, then\, is translating vision into simple\, consistent messages that empower the sales team to communicate with confidence and precision. \nWith this objective in mind\, NAS-IT successfully conducted a Leadership Lab session titled “Stop Confusing Your Customers” on 23 December at Reduct Nepal\, facilitated by NAS-IT Member Punit Jajodia. The session focused on leadership clarity and customer-centric communication\, offering practical insights and engaging discussions on how clear articulation of a brand’s value strengthens both leadership effectiveness and sales outcomes. \nWe extend our sincere appreciation to the facilitator and all participants for their active engagement and thoughtful contributions. NAS-IT looks forward to continuing to host such meaningful learning experiences in the future.
